What we collect

When you sign up, we store your email address, the name you choose, and the household details you enter — your nutrition goals, dietary preferences, recipes, and meal plans. We do not collect anything you don't tell us.

How we use it

Your data powers the planner: generating weekly plans, scaling recipes, building shopping lists, and answering your in-app chat questions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Where it lives

Authentication is handled by Clerk. Your meal-planning data is stored in Supabase Postgres. AI features are served by Anthropic under a no-training data agreement — your messages and recipes are not used to train models.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly alternative to Google Analytics — to see which pages people visit and how the site performs. Plausible doesn't set cookies or collect anything that can identify you, and it runs from the EU. That's why there's no consent banner: there's no personal data to consent to.

Your choices

You can delete your household and all associated data at any time from Settings. Email us if you'd like a copy of your data before deletion.
